Responsibilities

  • Complete set up of your resort at beginning of season - liaising with suppliers to do so. Set standards for the season ahead.
  • Meet & greet our clients on arrival and ensure smooth running of transfers to and from resort.
  • Ensure our guests are provided with the best level of customer service and dealing with all our customer queries and issues in an efficient and effective manner back to root cause.
  • Organise and deliver an informative welcome speech, ensuring that all sales are maximized to achieve and wherever possible exceed targets set.
  • Participate in a varied and profitable après ski programme.
  • Represent the company in meetings/activities with suppliers, partners and the media.
  • Completion and accuracy in all administration tasks.

  • Your own laptop.
  • Over 23 years old (for vehicle insurance purposes).
  • An EU passport and a permanent UK National Insurance Number or Irish PPS number. 

Experience:

  • Winter seasonal work experience is essential.
  • Previous and relevant Customer Service experience.
  • Position of responsibility to have been held for a minimum of 6 months.

Preferable:

  • Drivers licence (essential in some resorts).
  • Ski or snowboarding experience.
